04/05/2021 It was shortly after midnight and elecricity had just came back on after load shedding. I made a withdrawal of R200 and when the money was suppose to be dispensed, it kept making the counting sound for almost 2 minutes, stopping a second the run again and in the end it gave me an error about technical issues. I then went to another Engen nearby there was an FNB atm it did the same but resulted in a successful withdrawal. Later discover that the Standard bank ATM actually took the funds from my account even though it gave me no money just an error slip.
