I have been asking for over 3 months for a settlement offer on the balance of my credit card.
I have emailed 3 different departments and not one of your departments have any interest in getting back to me.
I don't see why I need to beg to pay my debt with your company, if anything you guys should be begging me for the payment.
Please may I have this today or I will stop making any payments towards this account going forward.
