She is supposed to help me reverse bank charges. I have been trying to sort this out for weeks. Standard Bank is the worst bank to deal with honestly. And they just keep taking my money! I am so tired of fighting with you guys. I cannot wait to close my account and never deal with you again, but at this rate it will probably take 10 years to get done!
