Staedtler Quality Sucks

I bought a set of pens again after promising never to buy their products again, but it was a nice set so what the hell.... surprise surprise in the whole set of 10 pens not a single one was working. Their products especially their pens seem to have dropped drastically in quality, but yet they still want to charge a quality price!!!

I have emailed them with pictures to prove how ****py their pens work with absolutely NO response whatsover from them!!! So obviously they don't care about their customers!!!
