Concern Regarding Defective Staedtler Noris Jumbo 228 Crayons
Good day, Trust you are doing well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the Staedtler Noris Jumbo 228 crayons that I recently purchased. After only being used twice, two of the crayons broke at the top in exactly the same place. Unfortunately, I am unable to take this matter up with the store where I purchased them because I no longer have the receipt. I would appreciate some clarification as to how two crayons from the same pack could break in the same way after such limited use. I have always trusted the Staedtler brand and have been purchasing your crayons for both of my children for years. This is my child's third pack of crayons this year, and it is the first time I have experienced a problem like this. Considering the price of the crayons and the quality I have come to expect from your brand, I find this very disappointing. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
