Worst Service or LACK there of...

I have been studying my PGCE with this institution from 2020 and I have had problems with their service delivery, management and attitude towards PAYING students. They do not respond to calls, or emails. I have always paid my fees and reg fees on time and have never been registered on time. HOWEVER come time for payment and suddenly all emails and landlines work and communication is seemless. For an institution that is supposedly to educate educators and preach in every module about communication being key - they should really practice what they preach!

Lectures for 2022 have already commenced and I am still waiting for my online learning platform to be updated with relavant modules for this semester. Should any work or assignments not be handed in on time I the student will be penslised for not submitting this work in on time.

I'm disgusted at your lack of service delivery and your disregard to your students.
