Worst Service

I have sent in my registration forms twice before the due date, and yet I have not received confirmation of registration. I have phoned the DL line and the phone got put down in my ear. Honestly, this is ridiculous. Every single semester we have the same problems. I honestly wish that I have chosen a different institution to study with. One where they actually care about the students and not only the money. Because I bet anything if there was something wrong with the payment I would be able to get a hold of someone immediately.
