worst school ever

My daughter registered with Stadio a year course ended up being a year and 6 months because of some admin issue. 1 year 6 months later there is other admin issue that her results were not captured for her 2 assignments. For TFL0702 and TLOS702 modules. The assignments count for 30% on the overall mark, on the system you can see that the assignments were submitted on time. We called and emailed the school and we are being directed left right and center but there is no one helping and no resolution on site. We are being told that only the lecturer can update and fix the results, We have mailed and followed up with ***,*** and the tutor *** no response from anyone. There is no help being received from the school and now registration applications are closed and we still don't have her final marks
