Worst academic institution

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the policy or practice of requiring students to pay a fee in order to view their examination/assessment scripts.
I have been a student at Stadio for over 4 years now. I pay my fees on time and have never deferred a payment.
This process raises serious ethical and academic transparency concerns. As students, we have a right to understand how our academic performance is assessed. Charging a fee simply to access our own exam scripts can create a financial barrier to transparency and learning.
It undermines the principles of fairness, accountability, and equal opportunity that should guide any reputable academic institution.
Moreover, reviewing one’s script is not a luxury or optional service, it is an essential part of the feedback and learning process. Being able to understand how marks were allocated (or possibly misallocated) is crucial for academic improvement and for identifying any potential grading errors. Making this process conditional upon payment appears exploitative and runs contrary to the values of student support and academic integrity.
I respectfully urge the university to reconsider and revoke this practice. Access to one’s examination scripts should be provided freely and promptly upon request, as part of the institution’s commitment to transparency and student development.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a fair resolution.
