Want to do your PGCE @Stadio? Reconsider.
I am appalled by the bad communication from the university. I graduated in October from one of their online DL courses. I received a form from one of their employees. On the form they gave me the option to collect from a Cape Town bases campus, where I am based. Upon submitting the form I was notified that they don't have that as an option anymore and that you can only collect from their campuses in Krugersdorp and the only way I'll be able to receive my certificate is through postage at my personal expense.
If this was the only issue I've had with them, I would have paid it with a smile but the amount of senseless nonsense that accompanied the certificate made me reluctant to pay for the postage. I am of the meaning that if you have given me the option to collect it from one of your campuses on an official document with this year's date on, then you should deliver it to the campus. And update your forms for next year. Especially considering the price of the certificate.
