Waiting for my case to be sorted out since 2023

It's been three years and I am still waiting for Stadio to get back to me and sort this mess out. I registered for my PGCE and I stopped receiving mails after the 1st Semester, only to find out that they (IT) left me out from the mails, but they still bail me 27000.00 later. I have been reaching out multiple times, and I have the e-mails to proof. They keep on promising me that they will assist me since 2023, more than seven people that tried to assist me and half-way through no respond. They told me they are sorting it out with Exco, can this case still linger since 2023. But in the meantime they managed to give my case to the debt department.
