VERY DISAPPOINTED
I cannot believe that I have to beg for someone to help me with my sons account. I have been asking for Finance to do a debit order since March. I have called and sent follow up mails. Nomsa from Registration says she cannot make any promises. Accounts put the phone down in my ear. So tell me what happens now with my sons studies for Semester 2? Very bad service and I'm very disappointed. Student number: ***7
