Utterly rude receptionist

I've just about had it with the receptionist at Lisof Blairgowrie. She is extremely rude. I went to campus several times, to register my child. We rang the bell at the door and that woman just looked at us. we were eventually assisted by a gentlemen who was dressed as if he is in maintenance. when I got to reception, that rude woman (black lady- I don't know her name) pretended as if we were not even there. eventually, once she decided to step down from her high horse, she asked who we wanted to speak to. she has a bad attitude the entire time and spoke to me and my child as if we depend on her for oxygen. <br> <br> While I was sitting at reception I overhead some students complaining about how they are not let into the property in the morning (they don't have student cards for some reason) and one said he once had to ring the bell over ten times while that rude woman was sitting at reception.<br> <br> some of us hold high positions in big companies but we do not look down on people. We treat people with respect. I pay a lot of money for my child's education and I won't be treated like trash by a receptionist or anyone else for that matter. It's not like my child studies at Lisof for free.
