Utterly Rude, Abusive CEO/Director
Staff interaction with the CEO/director of this institution leaves much to be desired. As a witness to the way staff and employees of this college are treated, it is highly recommended that those who wish to further their studies in fashion and art steer clear of this institution. I would further encourage that those wishing to apply for jobs at LISOF to refrain from doing so. The institution, as run by Shana Rosenthal, is a toxic environment and one that no human being should be involved with. It is a great pity to have to report this. South Africa needs all the positivity and growth possible for its arts and culture to develop and grow from strength to strength.

I would like to state however that personnel at LISOF are held to the highest standards as the institution prides itself on offering Fashion Education without equal. The relentless pursuit of a no-compromise high-performance culture among our staff is the foundation on which LISOF builds its reputation as the leader in its field.
We expect a lot from our students and they expect a lot from us. To ensure the best quality teaching and learning is on offer, it is our duty to be at the very top of our game. In lieu of this, we only employ hard-working and motivated personnel with a passion for the education of others as well as their own professional development.
