Urgent: No Response on Diagnostic Test Ticket
It's been a week since I logged a ticket about reattempting the diagnostic test for my home language. Unfortunately, I still haven't got a response. I tried calling, but no one is picking up the phone. I need help quickly so that if I pass the test, I can add it to my semester module. Please, can someone assist me with this?
