Unprofessional staff

I am just so disappointed with Stadio. They agreed to have been the one's making a mistake in saying I did not register the end user module when I did. I sent multiple emails explaining and also sending evidence to show that I did indeed register the module. Now nobody bothers to get back to me. They do not answer to my calls nor respond to my emails.

I'm just so exhausted in sending emails with no response. It's close to graduation season but still this issue is not resolved. I keep being reffered to multiple people, whom some of them tell me they out of office. So if someone is out of office it means that no work is being done and students will not be getting any assistance? This us unacceptable.
