Unfair treatment

I love studying with them. They are aware that I am a bursary holder but I struggled at the end of last year's first semester firstly, i was distracted with the special exam, when i was told that i will be writing my EDSA 1 in Earstern Cape province when i am staying in Bloemfontein and then to get my results, I have to struggle every semester to get my results and to even register for the following semester. The bursary letter and contract clearly states that I have a sponsor, but I keep on suffering.
