Unfair marking of assignments through Stadio

I was very disappointed to see my wife crying after submitting Accounting assignment. She is a top student in accounting from high school including SBS and I was sitting with her when she wrote and submitted assignment but the results came with "0" as she was told that she copied from another student of which we don't know. How can you write assignments alone at home and be told you copied from someone that they don't even mentioned. Accounting is using formulae and if one followed the right methods should be punished like that? This is rediculous and unacceptable to be punished for something that you never did. If Stadio is the cause of these, it should be faced out.
