Unacceptable Admin Oversight Wasted My Time, Money, and Practical Placement

I am extremely dissatisfied with the administrative service and lack of accountability at STADIO Higher Education regarding my PGCE studies.

After skipping a semester, STADIO allowed me to register for two PGCE 2 modules for which I apparently did not meet the prerequisites. I proceeded with my studies, invested time, and attended lectures for almost six weeks without any issues flagged by the institution.

As part of these modules, I personally secured a school placement for my teaching practicals, submitted all necessary placement forms (which were confirmed), and have been actively teaching and being assessed by the school—unpaid, at my own expense for transport and resources.

Without any prior warning or written communication, STADIO silently de-registered both of my modules and removed them from my Canvas portal. To make matters worse, my teaching placement was also removed without notification. When I enquired, I was simply told the modules were removed due to missing prerequisites—a systemic registration error on STADIO's part, not mine.

I had a meeting with management to seek a fair resolution, but they have refused to rectify their error properly or take accountability for the financial and time burden this has placed on me.

STADIO needs to address this immediately, reinstate appropriate academic support, and provide clear communication on how they plan to rectify the disruption to my teaching practicals and academic record.
