Totally disappointed

In the beginning the process with applying to Embury was very easy and painless, but as soon as the deposit was paid there was a total 180 change. Suddenly there was absolutely no communication from their side. I sent them all my necessary documents in December and to this day they still have not acknowledged receiving them. I sent multiple emails to the student recruitment consultant and if I got a response it would be weeks later with two words if I was lucky. Eventually I decided to contact them over Facebook and that also took a while for them to "investigate". I had to follow up with them AGAIN.

Eventually after saying I would prefer my deposit back they suddenly started helping me and my registration was magically done in record time. But to my dismay more problems occurred. When trying to log into the student portal it said I have an invalid login, I immediately emailed Student Support hoping to receive a response the next day as it was a Sunday that I emailed. I sent emails from my student and personal email multiple times but yet again there was radio silence.

I contacted Embury again via Facebook telling them how disappointed I am and that I would rather withdraw from the institution as they seem to be utterly useless. All of a sudden I have people emailing me, apparently trying to call me but mysteriously my cell number does not exist. Just to prove they don't take any care, I have mentioned in my emails to them multiple times that they need to email me and not call me as I cannot answer during the day because I am busy with work.

As soon as I said I want to withdraw they were oh so helpful and willing to rectify the problem. When I said no, I want nothing to do with them, I was told that I haven't even tried to log into the portal, so they are calling me a ****. Why would I want to study through an institution who treats their students this way??

All I want is my money back and to be done with Embury, I definitely would never advise anyone to study through them. All they care about is the money and not the people who are wanting to improve their s****s and ultimately make a difference in the lives of the future generations.
