Time and time again i have needed assistance, and sent numerous emails to different people. But every single time i have emailed Chris, he would respond. And if he eas out of office he would always leave an out of office email with someone's email address who could assist while he was away. He went out of his way for me many times and has made my experience easier. I know that when i email him, i will have a response from him with helpful feedback. He really is an asset to Stadio. So many other institutions could learn from him what good service actually is. Thank you Chris.
