Terrible Services

I've recently recieved and internship at a school they notified me that I have till the 01st to receive a document stating my student number along with how much my yearly cost will be as they pay R20 000 of my studies. I left emails to stadio with no reply I phone stadio three diffrent times and spoke with three diffrent people to inform I'll get the documentation not one have gotten back to me and tomorrow is the 01st I don't know what I'm going to do. Today I phoned again and they ended the call... I'm currently working through the day so I don't have each hour of the day to contact them and this has been a terrible experience and I'm highly disappointed in the service I've received from Stadio...
