Terrible Service, Don't care attention

Wow sending multiple people emails and same documents since the 23rd of June with no joy yet, nothing resolved, really pathetic service from a private institution over the years, same issues every semester, wrong statements, don't receive books, have 2 keep phoning for it, then they say it's still there haven't posted, not sure why, will do it, then you wait again, wrong statements always. Stadio is definitely not for their students and the after service is terrible once u already a registered student, no care whatsoever, now I must suffer without results etc. Because no 1 seems interested in any of my emails or issues because I am a Manati student? If stadio doesn't have a proper agreement with Manati then you should inform students of this before they take out the student loans. It's not like Stadio is educating me for free. Please go through my emails since the 23rd of June to you guys, today is the 15th of July. Every semester is a issue with them, terrible communication skills, a don't care attention. Phones only rings, then when you finally get through, they put you through to others till you get cut off or they will say that the person dealing with that is on leave. Every semester you have to explain the same thing that you have a Manati loan that pays your fees, yet you still get sms or email saying you owe a huge amounts, they dont minus your loan from the fees and you don't get your results. Then they ask you to keep sending the loan agreement yet they deal with that company. This was my last semester for my degree , last two subjects that I completed, so how can I be owing over R22000, so how was I registered for this semester if you only registered students owing less then R3000. They just ignore your emails then you get someone asking you to send a document, then no replies, then you email again you get another person asking for the same document with no response again, but they email you your ticket is resolved.I'm dealing with Krugersdorp campus, really unhelpful don't care attention like Stadio is doing us a favour for free. Stadio creates more stress for you as a student more then anything
