Terrible service

Maybe if I post.mt.comolaint here someone will finally get back to me and help me get the hell out of this college

Dear Embury College

I regret to inform you that my deregistration process now needs to be effective immediately/. I have been trying to get some help and support/guidance since before my registration process even began and no one has been able to help me with any of my questions or concerns. Please see in e-mails attached. Firstly, you registered me late due to a process they told me early on I could not take my subjects from my first year into this new co****. Then when I called again as I realised my registration was late they told it is due to my application to transfer some subjects??? After telling me cannot transfer the subjects I had. Therefore my registration only started on the 13th April 2021 after I had to call and follow up with this? Secondly, I have been trying to get a hold of the finance department with regards to my payments and debit order forms after many calls and e-mails later no one got back to me and no one answered the calls. Thirdly, after seeking advice with regards to a particular issue regarding my pregnancy and due date coming up close to exams I wanted advice in late march with regards to possibly delaying this co**** to 2022 again no one got back to me. Please see total disregard from my student advisor as to the questions I had from the beginning. Now, I am in a very difficult situation, Embury wants me to pay R 19 000 for a co**** I have hardly had the time or support to enrol in and participate in due to lack of support and guidance from anybody. I have asked for help with the set up of e-mail no one got back to me. I have asked for the support with regards to doing my teaching practice later as I am due in September to be told my only time available is between July-September. After a long month of back and forth and trying my best for support or advice on the matter I have decided I cannot work like this, It is completely unprofessional and might have been able to clear this all up within my 14 days had someone just given me the correct advice and who to speak to but instead the finance department never answers and when they do they give me the number of DL support and DL support either never responds to e-mails of tells me to contact the finance department. I have spent more money and effort just trying to contact this school than ever actually participating in the actual co****. Please deregister me as I have not been able to do the necessary to actually participate in this co****!!!!
