Terrible communication.
Communication is poor. Reminds me of how bad Unisa is. I have registered, received an acceptance letter and have furthermore received a quote. I now require an invoice to pay for registration but do not receive responses on emails I have sent to a student advisor or *** or ***. Furthermore I have called numerous times and hold on for in excess of 15 minutes with no answer to my calls. Student Number: ***2
