Terrible
Worst institution ever.
Firstly : my lecturer was rude and completely unhelpful. Secondly : my results have not been released . I called to enquire and I was told that I have an outstanding balance . I mentioned the date I did payment and sent proof of payment , I even recievd a response saying recieved . But my account was not updated. I was bounced around from caller to caller for half an hour trying to rectify the situation. Then they just cut the call because they closed .
Absolutely ridiculous . I paid my fees in full a month before results will be released .
I will take this up to higher management because this is ridiculous. I will as I did my part and I don't deserve to be bounced around for my results
And R750 to review exam??? Is this an institute for learning or a money making scheme ?

As i still can't get hold of the campus due to high call volume and on Friday, I waited and for half an hour and was transfered 3 times .
