Supplementary Exam

Good day,

It was my first year studying through distance learning and a lot of students that are distant learners are working and studying at the same school time. Dates for my English module were not updated on the key dates which is very disappointing as every other module had updated their key dates for exam dates. I was then told I could apply for a supplementary exam which I had no issue with. Now I am being told that I need to repeat the whole module again. This is so disappointing as I have passed all my other assignments and have to repeat the whole module because I missed an exam. This is very unfair and I believe that repeating a whole module isn’t necessary as I passed all my other assignments for the same module.
