Subject: Urgent: Unacceptable Exam Conditions for Stadio Higher Education

Dear Stadio Higher Education Management,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conditions I encountered during my recent exams with your institution . As a paying student, I expect a basic level of professionalism and comfort, which was severely lacking.

Firstly, the exam venues were poorly ventilated, creating an uncomfortable and distracting environment. This lack of airflow not only made it difficult to concentrate but also raised concerns about health and safety, particularly in the current climate.

Additionally, the tables provided were sticky and unclean, which is completely unacceptable for any academic setting. This level of neglect indicates a significant lapse in maintenance and hygiene standards, which is not what I expect from a reputable university.

Furthermore, the absence of clocks in the exam rooms was another major issue. Time management is crucial during exams, and the lack of visible timekeeping tools added unnecessary stress and confusion to an already challenging situation.

Given the substantial fees we pay, I find it appalling that such basic facility needs are neglected. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing and does not reflect the standards that Stadio Higher Education claims to uphold.

I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately to ensure that no other student has to endure such subpar conditions. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken to rectify these problems.
