Still unhappy.

02/03/2021 I have been fighting with Embury from the 8th of January 2021 to find out what my next subjects will be and how much I owe them. Finally got sorted out for my registration, but now I am still waiting to hear from them about my monthly fees. I emailed everyone from their fiance department and ALL emails have been ignored. I have all the emails as proof. If you ask the DL team what's going on they just say sort it out with the fiance department. It's March and I still have not begun any assignments because there's nothing loaded onto the system and no one bothers to help unless you complain on platforms such as Hello Peter. I have no idea how I am going to finish my year when I haven't even begun it yet. My next move now is to contact lawyers, as Embury have ignored all my efforts to sort out my stuff. Lawyers fees and a threatened just to pay the college, I find that ridiculous and unnecessary. But it's the only way the college seems to want to work. No one is prepared to offer any services and because you are fighting with them for it, they treat you like trash. I'm trying to become a pre-school teacher, and not even the children I work with are this rude and ***********. If a child can follow an instruction and reply when I ask them something, and Embury cannot. Then that's a problem. Come on Embury, have some sort of pride in yourselves! Pathetic service from Embury.
