Steep decline in Stadios services.

Over the last two years I have noted a steep decline in the quality of services received from Stadio. It is extremely difficult to get responses via their ticket system. I have had times where I have waited over 24 days for a response to a ticket and an inability to solve your ticket leaving you going backwards and forwards until somebody can solve your issue and even when you contact the dean of education there are delays and eventually no response at all. I am still awaiting a response from the Dean to issues I have had. They do not award credits for previous learning fairly. I have a four year LLB with an elective of education law and was refused a credit for the subject of education law for teachers which is at best an intro to law for teachers using law theory and history covered more extensively in the law degree. When I proved to the dean why the subjects were the same I received no response. This semester I am yet to receive any statements for payments despite being told they send two a month and being in credit and continuing to pay. I had to log a ticket to ask for a statement and when I got it it wasn't updated and only showed credit without any semester two subjects being allocated. I have had to recently send another ticket to ask for a statement to date. The quality of their study guides has declined as well. Students are penalised for spelling and grammar mistakes yet study guides have many mistakes in them. I find myself being a teacher correcting their study guides in order to understand what's been written. Errors like asses and dominators instead of assess and denominators in maths are an example. It's shocking. Too many errors. Numerous amounts per page. Students are complaining about inconsistent marking and badly given assignment scopes and exam scopes which result in large amounts of failures. You can't check your exam or go through it on your own or get it remarked without paying someone. Even when you do ask it's like pulling teeth and continues to be an inconsistent process. I received a supplementary for an exam recently. Having only one supplementary prior throughout my entire studies which I knew I would need to write for personal reasons. This one I did not believe I failed but I didn't bother with the process because it's a money making process and unfair at its best. I received a supplementary and today when I went to view my exam admission letter the supplementary isn't on there and the statement of results has now been changed to just say failed. It is impossible to be on a distinction for a subject prior to going into the exam and then coming out with a fail. I am now awaiting feedback again as to why this has changed. Luckily for me I have realised with Stadio that you have to screenshot everything to keep proof because they cannot be trusted to be consistent and honest. I am in my final semester and I cannot wait to be done. It's made the last two years a very stressful experience.
