StADIOs poor administration

I am currently registered at stadio as a distance learning student. The experience I've had even before registration had been very poor. I registered 3 months late due to their delay in crediting me for my modules. They would not answer calls or respond to emails until I made a review on hello peter.

I'm here again complaining that my student portal login on Canvas does not work. I've been calling and emailing but no response as per usual.i tried their stadio connect, calling their IT department calling registrations but nothing.As a result I have missed submissions of my assignments and getting work material.

I'm heading to exams but I'm not even recognized as a registered student.

What type of school must be reviewed on hello peter first before you get assistance??
