Stadio’s Administrative Failures = losing a promotion. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!

Distance learning MUSGRAVE campus NEVER answers their phone. I paid R310 for an urgent academic record but with no luck. It is so frustrating to know that I will miss out on a promotional opportunity due to STADIOs inability to reply within reasonable time. How is it possible not be be assisted for 4 days?? To make matters worse, my proof of registration is dated 2024 and not 2025. I often find that these docs are not dated correctly. It has an impact on SACE registration and bursary applications.

As a paying client, I am deeply disappointed in your poor communication and slow response time.
