STADIO, worst higher education institution

I have made so many mistakes, one of them was trusting STADIO Higher Education. I have submitted the required documentation and payment. No one is responding to my emails. Furthermore, when I am transferred to the PGCE department, the call is routed to voicemail. STADIO is a reputable brand, they need to improve their customer experience or they will lose clients. This is unacceptable and utterly disgusting.
