STADIO WITH EXAM MARKS AND DEBT!!!

Have gotten statements stating I need to pay R12 000. We then phoned the 1st time and they stated to only pay R4000, we didn't pay and in a weeks time phoned again and they stated saying R10 000 and a week later it turned to R8300. I wrote an English venue based exam, by this time my overall mark without the exam was in the 80's% and then when I could finally see my results... I got 22% for this exam???? I studied hard and enjoyed the exam I wrote, definitely knew I passed. Went to our student groups and found out that basically almost 80% of us got under 30% for the exam... we all sent emails and wanted to know what's going on? It's been under investigation now for almost 3 weeks and still no answer? We should all write supplementary exam which isn't just a small amount of money... We should just pay, pay and pay??? Why??? But we get this waiting sensation as a answer... Not very happy with studying with them anymore. We all have our own stresses of everyday life, now this?
