Stadio will make you hate studying again😭

Well,I really have bad experience with stadio so I failed a module because EDSA lecture decided not to submit all my assessment and now I have to write supplementary, I had 60.47 % on formative % and guess what I was given 37. % for formative assessment which made me fail the module and when I inquire about it they tell me they are still on the leave and it’s really frustrating because supplementary will be written from next week. Even the venue for supplementary is very far to begin with. Stadio does not have sympathy towards students instead it can lead you to depression.. imagine having to write supplementary because lecture could not submit all your results to the examination board. Some of my marks are 0’s as to where they comes from I really don’t know really. When I called all they care about is telling me that I am still owing them and not to assist me with my hard earned marks. The EDSA lecturer does not really care about students and when you send her an email she’ll tell you she’s on leave, how because we are suffering because of her

I am still waiting to be contacted till now.. and please explain to me as to why did I ask about my marks that is appearing on my canvas and I’m being told year marks are uploaded on my Stadio? Which year mark because I saw that my marks that are appearing on my canvas is actually the year mark. I think you guys did this intentionally so that I can repeat the modules that cost R7000. I told the lady I spoke to on the phone that I will not write supplementary unless my results are fixed.. I want to see 60,47% on my formative marks and the EDSA lecture must answer to this, Carolyn Trim must tell me why I have 0’s on some of my marks and canvas shows me 60,47% because I prepared exam knowing that I have 60% already now I’m being told that year marks are on my stadio?? How because every student must know their year mark before entering the exam. Carolyn Trim did not submit all my marks

And why is that the year mark of other modules which are appearing on canvas are uploaded on Formative % but for EDSA their year mark are uploaded on my stadio?? And why is that other students year mark are the same as the one on canvas besides my marks?? The lecture must respond to this as to why I’m I treated different from other students?
