STADIO: Where Innovation Meets Inflexibility and Emails Go to Die

I have completed a degree through STADIO and I have been happy until now where my experience with STADIO has been extremely disappointing. Their refusal to acknowledge my prior learning reflects a rigid, automated approach with no room for human interpretation. Communication has been frustratingly slow, with staff continuously passing the buck and almost no follow-up on a query I lodged in January. There has been little effort to fairly assess my qualifications, despite clear policies supporting recognition of prior learning. I expected a more student-centered and policy-compliant approach, but instead, I’ve encountered dismissiveness and inflexibility. I would not recommend STADIO for professionals seeking fair recognition of their experience and prior learning. Some staff definitely do not live up to the values that boast about because SERVICE, INTEGRITY, PEOPLE FOCUSED &QUALITY was definitely not offered this time.
