STADIO Weak

We have registered as part time distance learning. We did discussed this with pumlani early this year. We signed and stadio accepted. Today he went in to stadio as they sent out a circular to all learners to attend. My son gets called by the lecturer indicating to him that he is absent for all lectures..and that he is a full time and needs to attend every day. When I did call pumlani to day he said he remembers our discussion when we app****.

So who is responsible for capturing his details as a full time student. I asked pumlani to get H.o.d or P.r.o to contact me There is no feedback via email or even a call.

There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. I have seen previous complains and it seems there is a compromise on service delivery.
