Stadio Kruguersdorp has been giving me the run around! if you want to pursue your studies further, please DO NOT GO TO STADIO. I paid my fees in full and they will not dispatch my certificate. last week they said i must wait until this monday seeing as i paid on thursday and today no one is saying anything. I was told that my account isnt updated, meaning they are falsely telling students of a waiting period while they do nothing. shame on the staff at stadio! The consultant at graduation told me another consultant by the name of Thulani was supposed to contact me on thursday but no one has. my account is not updated, they refuse to do it, their call lines are too busy they wont ANSWER at all!!!! now i am stuck on the phone trying to get someone from finance whose name is THULANI to dispatch my certificate i have paid for everything why will they not assist me!!!! head office isnt helping either, they seem to enjoy the sheer emotional and psychological torture they have been putting me through. Karabo told me THULANI was supposed to inform me their going to send my certificate but he hasnt, everyone is a;ready on holiday. to any future students considering this sham of an institutution, remember i am a student who owes them nothing, i paid to have my certifiicate couriered, they wont assist me. they wont take my calls and respond to my emails. they are blatantly delaying everything because they feel like it. tell me how else am i supposed to know when my certificate is delivered??? why are they treating me like this, they dont care!!! i 1000% recommend that you dont even consider them, dont be like me. i cant get my certificate and everyone refuses to tell me why! this is after making me pay for everything. I am so frustrated and completely at my wits end. they are simply making my life a living hell!!!! this is the worst experience in my academic life. what a nightmare. NO one will call you , you have to call them even though everything thats left to do is by them, i have to beg for some one to inform me whether my certificate is coming or not. they are useless and i completely dispise this institution for what they are putting me through
