Stadio not replying to phone calls and emails of students

I am sponsoring a student to do a distance learning Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Full fees have been paid. Despite numerous phone calls and emails from the student and myself, we have had no response other than getting "ticket numbers" and being cut off. This is hugely discouraging! Any other similar experiences??
