Stadio is looking for any excuse to not let me graduate. They lost my test results.

I registered for my PGCE in 2021, took a break due to personal reasons in 2022 and then continued in 2023. In 2021, the requirement was to pay R250 for an ICT Diagnostic test, I did and the institution took forever to send me the link to the test. I followed up via email and I was told that it would take another week because of some internal problem. We eventually got the link and I did the test and passed it and continued with the course. I called this week asking for a letter of completion for my employer, so that they could extend my contract and I was told that I wouldn’t be graduating because I didn’t do the ICT test. The nice lady helping me, Edith forwarded me to her manager, Cayley, who immediately offered to waive the ICT test fee for this year and send me a link to redo the test. The link came but the test had been closed. I went back to Edith, who told me that the lady in Musgrave has been alerted via email but she hasn’t responded. All she has to do on her end is reopen the test so that they can allow me to write, since I paid and wrote but they lost the record of my score. I have the POP to prove this. We were still using the MyEmbury website. I tried to call the Musgrave office but I’ve been holding for at least an hour daily with no one to help. I hate Stadio, when they want payment they want it now but they have *********** systems in place and they often lose assignments and important things like test results, even when you use their portals and follow their instructions to the T. Edith’s hands are tied because some lady who knocks off at 3pm at Musgrave is taking her time to open a test and resend the link. This is the one thing that will stop me from graduating. Because someone is lazy to read emails I will lose my job, my livelihood even though I owe them nothing. I tried reaching out on Facebook and q-desk but it seems they are waiting for time to pass so that I am forced to take an ICT course and pay for it so that they can swindle more money from me. I’m disgusted by Stadio’s treatment of their students, especially when we have to graduate. I hope someone can help because I passed all my exams and the courses, USING TECHNOLOGY, but now might not get my PGCE qualification because someone lost my score to a 5 minute ICT test I know I passed, but didn’t take a screenshot of because I thought I was dealing with a reputable organisation with integrity. I have the POP and the emails of the incompetence I experienced regarding the link to the test from 2021.
