STADIO is Ignoring My Urgent Remark Request – My Job is at Risk!

I am extremely disappointed with STADIO’s lack of communication regarding my remarked results. I wrote a supplementary exam for EDSA172, and after reviewing my script, the lecturer adjusted my marks and sent the amendment to the relevant department. However, despite multiple emails and calls, I have received no update on when my new results will be published.

I have called numerous times, only to be ignored or redirected to departments that never answer due to high call volumes. This delay is not just an inconvenience – it is putting my job at risk because I need my updated results to secure a permanent teaching position.

STADIO’s failure to respond to students in urgent situations is unacceptable. I demand immediate action and a clear response regarding my remark. I have exhausted all channels, and if this is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this further.

If STADIO truly cares about its students, I expect a prompt resolution!
