Stadio Higher Education

The overall learning experience at Stadio was fairly good however there were two concerns, and the one being a major concern.

My daughter completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2023 at Varsity College and subsequently enrolled at Stadio Distance Learning to complete a PGCE. Due to Medical conditions she qualified for concessions however some these concessions were not met due to the disorganization and admin errors at Stadio. We accepted this, she wrote mid-year and passed. She was successful in all of her modules and on 4 November 2024 she wrote her final exam (Module Code: EDSB172 - Education Studies B).

Our complaint is that she received an Automatic Fail due to not writing the final exam, yet this exam was written however they (Stadio) now want Confirmation that she wrote the exam. What Confirmation (there is no written confirmation slip/letter) ......,

The exam was in a separate room allocated (due to her autism) written under the moderation of Cheryl Dirks, the paper handed in and in fact I personally dropped her off and collected her as she was not up to driving to the exam, she signed in plus after the exam she handed in the paper (and even bought lunch while she waited for me)i.

Note she is on the Autistic spectrum, and this is a major concern as she starts her teaching post on 10 th January 2025 (subject to her obtaining her full qualification (In 3 years at VC and 1 year at Stadio she never failed an exam or module an NOW This)

This needs to be investigated, 4 years studying only to fail at the last hurdle due to incompetence ...... I cannot understand how this happened.
