the most frustrating, disappointing, lack of regular feedback and assistance and bad service ever experienced from an educational institution.

started application for a new distance student Nov 2020 .....still wait registration, (eventually got "enrollment successful: a few weeks ago? absolutely no feedback from our advisor that we started off with, no other departments can give us final registration feedback, book & study material not received etc and 1 March is start date......???? admin fee and reg fee paid first week of Jan 2021.

I am as a parent DREADING how it will be going forward.

each department says the same thing ....and internally expedited emails to said advisor are lost and truly a wait of time ...but to date NOTHING, absolutely no updated feedback . How is one supposed to have confidence and feel comfortable with an education institution with such bad organisational abilities?
