Stadio Centurion IT department is a problem

My son is at Stadio Centurion and in 11 weeks they still couldn't get a proper person who actually knows what they are doing in Web Interactive Design, now they want to blame the students that they didn't communicate when it was repeatedly said in meetings and emails that there was no lecturer and when Stadio finally found a substitute he didn't know anything about the subject matter or just didn't pitch for class!

And the best of all is the students have to work on ******* programs because Centurion still haven't given them access to legal student programs that they need for IT and there assignments. So you are very fast to take our money and open days are fantastic but when it comes to the day to day stuff you are seriously lacking!! When my sons class went to go see the person higher than their department head this morning she didn't even have a plan of action but was blaming the students for Stadios lack of everything
