STADIO BAD EXPERIENCE

I am in shock with STADIO as I registered for two different subjects in my PGCE and notice that they have given two of the same subjects LO which I queried and was told I had already signed and accepted this. all fine and well, I then emailed to deregister as I am not willing to pay almost 40k for two of the same subjects just in different phases. its been a month and a half they have not responded to my email and I even did a follow up still nothing and yet they are sending me statements of my billings after I asked be deregistered. I just want to put out how they are full of unprofessionalism and would not recommend anyone wasting money with them. I even have a colleague of mine who came across the same issue where they had given him LO as two subjects in different phase but he app**** for History. I am just worried about the fact they are going to harass me for money at the end of the year and I have informed them that I want to deregister.
