Slow communication
The communication is so slow. I log tickets that take forever to get solved, if it even gets to the point that they answer my ticket. I can not get into MyStadio and I desperately want to register for semester 2 seeing as the semester has already started. I logged 2 tickets regarding registration and still no answer. I just want to register and start my semester 2.
