SHOCKING SERVICE !

I paid our deposit in early January, completed all the required docs and submitted. Since then I a pulling my hair out trying to get any answers out of them. Impossible to get through to them on telephone lines. Emails are returned with standard answer of "they will follow up". I am informed by them that assignments are due in March, however, my daughter still does not have any of her course information or student portal log in details. I am beginning to think that signing up with them was a TERRIBLE mistake !!!!! The staff there simply don't give a damn ! I think I should ask for my R8000 deposit back and find another institution.
