Setswana Lecturer not there and yet studnets pay

My cousin is also struggling in the Setswana Module as there is no Lecturer which obviously rmeans that probably payments seems very low and yet she is paying fees. I THINK THESE Lectures are not getting 2 salaries and they are doing 2 jobs. Its painful. Computers sourced through EmBuRy DO NOT WORK SUFFICIENTLY. Always EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS. Its now a month since the fomer lecturer only stayed for only 3 months and he resigned. Lecturers are hired for 2 campuses. Problem…It is not fair to students
