Total *******'s. Staff don't communicate amongst each other yet in the same department. Someone calls me to arrange next payment date while the other hands me over?!?!?! Then puts my payment as a credit on my statement because I am already handed over. Regret wasting R8000 towards a no good deposit and institution. Still waiting for confirmation of receipt of my email( proof of payment settling my account) for two hours after requesting telephonically that the lady please reply to my email.
