Total *******'s. Staff don't communicate amongst each other yet in the same department. Someone calls me to arrange next payment date while the other hands me over?!?!?! She says too many students to call hence they have handed me over without informing me. Then puts my latest payment as a credit on my statement because I am already handed over (after calling me last week for payment). Then denies speaking to me after I have the proof on my phone. Regret wasting over R8000 towards a no good deposit and institution. Still awaiting confirmation of receipt of my email ( which is proof of payment settling my account) for over two hours after requesting telephonically that the lady please reply to my email.
